Bit of Amateur Tech Analysis: On the SHL Chart, it looks like its formed a Double Bottom pattern and looking to break the trading range. Which may be a signal that the reversal of the SP decline has begun. Will be watching the coming days to confirm the breakout is True, not a fake out.
