As I said previously, a few things need to happen before we re-test 1.3c+ again. IMO the first 3 should accomplish this. Then the following 3 will be the absolute cream, as Tony has previously indicated, maybe north of 10c.

1/ raise some money for Salt deal
2/ take out Utilico
3/ operations update (any ATM contract wins will have positive impact)
4/ Confirmation/completion of Salt deal and presentation on Salt (strategy/potential customers)
5/ Mobile deal with Indian bank / utility
6/ Deal with Asian/Aus bank
