I'm not involved in the elf but really what is going on. Just say we find out that mr or mrs x paid out x amount to release x amount of shares before the deadline but they probably knew what we don't because of 'um' well their in the loop and we're still being patient waiting for news. Purely a theory that I'm sure (almost) has no substance however what is really going on.
