This whole concept of financial closure by 30th June... which year? If the India project still has to be reviewed by the Niti Aayog efficient think-tank then hasn't management made another blunder nominating a date for financial close?
If I know a large part of the outcome is completely out of my control, how can I possibly make the statement that we are aiming for financial close by 30th June. And what if Niti turn around and request us to do A, B and C before signing the MPA?
