I agree, I personally don't think the MPA will be signed during the delegate visit because we have not had any indication that the numerous steps to be completed before a signing can take place- have actually been completed.

But what I am questioning (not bashing) is that the company has set this expectation of 30th June for financial closure, and they seem adamant to stick to that mantra. But what doesn't make sense is how they can make this claim whilst the project still has to be reviewed by Niti Aayog. And we know from history that time moves with a molasses like pace... I just hope shareholders are ready for the next series of announcements that set the expectation for a signing sometime in 2019, possibly 2020.
