Is it possible only the review needs to be completed(which it is)? Niti can take their time on the national significance of the project and it doesn't need to be completed by the june 30th deadline? Surely management and NLC/NMDC have had discussions with Niti before making that deadline, esi management know that with past missed deadlines this one has to stick!!! IMO
