How do you come to this conclusion? Management have always been the first to release an update no matter how small the step. So much so that I think we'd get an update if and when the company purchases 100 staples for the new stapler. They've done their upmost to appease shareholders with updates- so something as big as getting through Niti Aayog, I am sure they would announce in an update.
Perhaps you're right and that update is coming- but based upon what we have at the moment. I can't say that Niti Aayog has even seen our project.
