Well it appears that has been the problem management give out details ,
with dates that are conveniently missed and not a word said, except out of our hands, confidentiality! Absolutely nothing is certain--hence the S/P IS 1.6C.
Blind Freddie can see their past hurts them with unreliability,
which they seem to care less, the big picture,relentless new technologies with not one yet providing cash flow!!
