Dale,
Charting stocks is not for me.
Commodities, ok. But not stocks.
[Totally happy for others to hold them true]
6.5 cents is my NPV based on previous posts.
for others
I think NPV may of got confused with total asset value.
Net Present Value
if you have $100 million dollars of gold
that will take:
10 years to mine
5% goes to all costs
ie- your profit is 9.5 million per year
then based on a 15% discount
the NPV is $46.7 million
That means of you bought the company for $46.7 million, you would get a 15% return on your investment.
[That is why when company's publish their NPV's without the discount rate they have used, it's a little on the useless side.]
So, as per my previous post.
if you buy TSV for 6.5 cents
you will get a 15% return
based on the conditions
This is a tool - NOT GOSPEL.
You can make NPV's as confusing or simple as you like.
try the gold example on excel, it is pretty easy.
=NPV( discount rate, y1 , y2 , y3 , etc)
