i agree that no one wants to work these days. It has been my biggest gripe for many years. Look at any store. No one actually wants to serve you. We get so exceited if someone actually serves us and is decent to us, in days gone by this was both expected by empolyers and customers. Now it is a bonus. With regard to the drink is it really any worse than the last generation. I dont think it is it is.
