JWT posted on 15 February (and it was the last post of the day) following his conversation with MT.

"I spoke to MT today and specifically asked if he is working to the same timetable. That is, something signed before end of Feb. The answer was a definite "absolutely!" MT did note that dealing with people in another time zone was having its difficulties given that there were only a few common hours. Dallas is where negs are occurring. And I think we agreed that at this stage, if things are a week late, do we really care. I certainly don't. And, as he has before, he affirmed that this is the Co maker for this "little minnow no more".

If you read into MT's comments he has perhaps already thrown up a possible reason for any sort of delay if the announcement is not forthcoming this month - "MT did note that dealing with people in another time zone was having its difficulties given that there were only a few common hours."

However, having stated the above, MT did confirm to JWT during this conversation on the question of a February announcement - MT's answer was a definite "absolutely!".

We can only go on what the MD states.
