Not at all. The plant has either been inspected and passed muster already or it hasn't. Either situation is one which falls in to the gambit of the continous disclosure regime. Not to provide an update given the build up to the inspection and the obvious price sensitivity attached to a pass or a fail puts these people outside of their statutory duties IMHO. And not just mine I would expect.
It is not sufficient to say we don't have a certificate yet. The decision to issue or not issue will have been made by now and management will be in receipt of such a decision I am sure.
