Hi
I firmly believe DOW is now a BUY. The signal is very strong.
The chart I've attached takes a 3 year view. It identifies the major inflexion points when the SMA-25, SMA-50 and SMA-75 have crossed after large downward trends.
I would be interested to hear from anyone who has experience with interpreting chart signals.
