with this sort of volume and interest , anything is possible, but all signs point to an announcement obviously a very good one.
I dont think the stock is rising on the fact everyone knows how undervalued CER is , otherwise at .6c it would have started its steller run.
There is some big accumulation going on and the mum and dad investors are only playing a small role, with the sort of buying at present it makes charting very difficult, although you wont hear me complaining about a rise in the price.
We are still overbought , but then there is a bit of bot buying accumulation that could be distorting the figures, one thing I know is anyone who drops a parcel at 32 is getting it filled straight away so someone is keen to own a lot of shares. Every now and again someone drops a small parcel in at .32 to try and shake a few loose, but with volume around 11 million , this isnt really working well for them.
