Skeptical Cat does not likes woofers such as NKP. They smell, have fleas and possibly terminal disease(s). This Leopard as not feline at all.

I remain fascinated as to how they will raise funds for ongoing operations ie:
- Directors fees
- Management salaries
- Entertainment expenses
- Travel expenses
and last but not least, Legal Expenses.

Supposing you are happy that you left this puppy (maybe then appeared as a cute kitten) at the RSPCA shelter.
