JORC: "Portions of a deposit which do not have reasonable prospects of economic extraction must not be included in a Mineral Resource". By using a 0.2g/t cutoff for modeling, they are overstating their resource as the likelihood is 0.2g/t ore will not be economic....ever. To try to compare ABU using say a 0.5g/t or 1g/t modeling cutoff to a 5g/t mining cutoff is not comparable.
