I think even a muppet mgmt can't hold it down if Tunisia permit ends up holding 300mmbbl (likely if flow-rates prove commercial at SD)
that 4mill was me buying more so I'm putting my money where my mouth is.
-IMHO we won't have to care much about VIL mgmt soon as the predator will be waiting on the flow-rates before taking the candy from this baby
