Normally a simple mathematical calculation........
CAJ say they want to raise $15M from the SPP.
CAJ board will decide if they want to accept more $'s.....AND they probably will (because they will need more $'s to buyout other diagnostic imaging organisations in the future)...lets say board raises it to $20M for example.
Lets assume there are applications totalling $40M, then each application will be reduced to 50% (20 divd by 40 x 100%) OR maybe those applicants asking for $1,000 worth may get full entitlement and rest cut back by a similar calculation.
