You're right Buckland that these "failures" could/should have cost management their jobs. There are plenty of examples where it's happened in other companies... But that's determined by Shareholders. As a whole shareholders are supportive of SC and managements plans otherwise he wouldn't have got re-elected.
If they don't deliver I'm sure heads will roll. At this stage it seems the majority are happy to give further time me included.
