Short term for small cap spec stocks - a lot I think. A few uninformed negative comments on HC in response to a pretty good scoping study on BAR and CNJ (cobalt JV) saw the herd sell hard and prices tank. There it fed in to unease about delays in the SS coming out, so I think there also has to be something happening in the real world to give HC posts traction. Sometimes the HC herd get it completely wrong which can present opportunities for those who understand the dynamics.
