PE arbitration result is due to be delivered at latest by 28/12
The judges have had heaps of time to consider the issues, subsequent submissions and come to a conclusion.
They would be more likely to deliver it before Christmas than after IMHO (offices usually shut); it could even be as early as next week.
Punters speculating on the option of a positive result for FAR would be starting to get set now and over coming trading days, (unless there’s another delay of course) ...
