From what has been communicated by both parties, and the ICC, the process has now been exhausted. There are no more procedural games to play and there is an ICC requirement to come to a decision by 28 Dec. I’m not aware of any defensible basis for it going beyond then.
Although there could always be something left field that happens, most investors, traders and speculators would be expecting a decision by then, and loading up if they think there is a reasonable chance of success for FAR. IMHO of course.
