I might just temper my statements/recommendations that if the Feds pump in more money, it may raise inflation. In a political enviroment where if you don't seem to be doing anything, your dead. Tough call.

We probably need natural liquidity injection from wealthy states such as the middle east or china.. rather than an artifical injection from state treasuries.

I have notice this happening, but am aware that due to political sensitivities, these wealthy state funds are taking it real slow and waiting for absolute bargains before they act.
