If there's one thing I learnt from the PB#1 days it's the fact that some people on this thread like to chase shadows.

The location of PB#2 was selected by engineers and surely they would be very well rehearsed in the calculation of drill hole deviation and the proximity of the fault.

Again, in establishing the location of PB#2, the engineers would have made the necessary allowance to ensure they eliminate the element of risk!!!
