    Sale looks like slipping away, data room setup for sometime now one would think that with the 9th fast approaching some news would be about or at least an ANNsaying x amount of buyers in line but nothing...very disappointing again.

    Id say maybe a 20% premium to share price which maybe around 55 - 60Cents US.
