Not sure its a question of faith - more of a case of looking at stocks that actually have done well over a longer time and looked at how much they chopped around on the way there.
Where would you be if you got in early on Azumah, Beadell, Sandfire, Perseus etc etc and was shaken out after the first surge of optimism.
All of them have the property have a large prospective tenement and have come up with above average results.
Now yes perhaps I should have sold at 50 when that prop buyer turned up and bought back in at 35. But I could just as easily have sold at 50 and now be trying to buy back in at 60.
So yep hindsight and all that - but to me it boils down to;
Do they have resources? What probability do they have of growing their resources? Will they go into production? Will they survive that long? Is there somewhere else that I know of that would a better place for my money?
