The next update will be really interesting, not just in what guidance they give, but also I hope we hear more about the market dynamics, particularly PDLs.
Interesting comment about the dividend. You have usually been pretty close in your predictions but I would have thought that with the loan facility in place, that they would (approximately) maintain the payout ratio. That would also help ROE. But you might be right, they may be influenced by market nervousness over debt. I hope not, using debt would be better for shareholders, as long as it is at a reasonable level.
The CCP share price has been going sideways for a while but as long as they keep growing EPS and ROE, I am comfortable holding and even picking up more on bad days. I would however be happier if the share price started performing.
