re: to all ...mymom respect ur decision to sell. what i was thinking is that this HOA takes time to negotiate and agree upon - it would been underway sometime back.
why would ext directors esp one with converted loan want to risk his investment so easily on this deal. Surely the market recation would have been anticipated. Its not as if they are selling out already (not apparent).
This ownership consolidation was inevitable. If it had to be announced best time would be just before release of a set of good results - IMHO i could be wrong.
