Nice document Sanders.
Im suprised how the Greenland Government, in such an official document as this, has specifically worded the minimg licence approval in a fashion of near certaincy. Youd expect a government print to have to have stated "Application Being Processed" or something, and in so, sounding much more noncommittal.
