I just read the response from INL
i don't mean to harp on the La Jolla arrangement but the only people I see this benefiting is mgmt as it secures the funding to pay their salaries and gives them some surety of receiving such.
Shareholders will have to deal with the overhang for the period of the con note.
I don't know to many "cornerstone investors" that would sell down scrip within 3 days of receiving it. Not very cornerstone more like rubblestone.
