I think the tech thingo was pretty obviously well sold to initiate the Chinese deals.Only reservation there is history of others getting burnt by bad faith or cultural snafu's.I am thinking that having locally connected/familiar straight talking people on the team would help there.Plus GB Galvanizing hopefully (saved till the election year?}
Dont expect the options to have a material effect on any thinking persons assessment
