Mango. From my perspective it seems portentous that Phil will be meeting with La Jolla in February. It may also be significant the Chinese New Year, the year of the Tiger commences on February 14. The Chinese place much significance on the timing of matters of importance to coincide with particular dates in the Chinese calendar.
Will the meeting with La Jolla be prior to the commencement of the year of the Tiger or after. What are these "project specific investments" and are some or all in China?
