There is no doubt that this year has been a duster for OBL, not that there hasn't been any gains but overall there has been quite a bit of suffering. The SP is less than 1/2 of what it was a year ago, the bank balance is sicker than ever and we are pretty much as at a stand still when it comes to any negotiations.

So the question has to be asked. Is this the end or a fantastic opportunity in disguise.

I have to say that the latter. I have absolutely no doubt that the appeal will be thrown out. We are just waiting on the slow judicial process. In the background there are a number of projects bubbling away just waiting for the right moment to be aligned in the strategic plan.

From what I have been able to research, there has been some game playing. I won't say where or from who but it seems that attempts have been made to restrict the potential of OBL. It's quite obvious really but the key point is, why would anyone one to restrict someone's potential if there wasn't anything of real value to begin with.

I believe there is a significant amount if intrinsic value in OBL and I can't wait for due process to take it's course and we can be on our way. If people are worried about the company's cash position, don't be, we only have to wait to a bit longer before spectators become participants, which is why in my view 2014 will be a significant year for OBL.


Hurry up the next couple of months and bring in the new year.
