    Summary of FBR playbook:
    1. Build a few indoor structures to show 'progress'.
    2. Put a positive spin on their achievement over the 12 months leading up the AGM.
    3. Hold off on any negative announcements until after the AGM.
    4. CR.
    5. Give it another 12months for sentiment to improve.
    6. Repeat.
