I have been trading a long time and now I have had just about enough of the Chi-X and ASX. Here are my complaints:

1. Time stamping of orders: What is the point of me placing an order at a certain time if the other exchange is going to take all the volume at that level and leave me like a fat person at a dance? When will our retail brokers and Hotcopper, for that matter, make a complaint and concerted effort to force the exchanges to honour a first in first out principle?

2. I cannot trade a stock like TGS at 35.75 so why the hell is all the volume going through at quarter cent intervals??? When will our retail brokers and Hotcopper demand that this cease???

These are serious issues that need to be addressed and the Hotcopper community should stand up and be heard.
