This is basic.

Either you have a reason for claiming that there will not be an increase in revenue, or you don't.

You should provide those reasons, if you have them.

Looking at this logically, in relation to Recell, there was expenditure on redesigning the unit to specifications based on feedback by the medical practitioners in the centres of excellence. This led to an abnormal dip in returns.

Now that the new unit has been in the market, logically you'd expect a recovery and even an uptick in returns. This is also consistent with new marketing positions being filled. IMO
