Just looking at numbers doesn't tell you the story.
I don't have a problem with responding to the expert users and recalibrating the product so it will have maximum acceptance. R&D?
It's at the commercialisation/development end and it means more investing in the product. Why attempt to ramp up sales without this?
therefore I'm expecting higher acceptance and better results if not in this coming quarter, in the next. You can see they are ramping up by putting on more staff. The CEO has explained this strategy.
