Does anybody here believe that if GLE shelved the Silex process because of proliferation concerns that Russia, India, China and Iran, would also stop looking into the laser enrichment process, that is just plain dumb if you think so, laser enrichment is here to stay for a long time, but there is no way GLE would invite the Russians in on the Silex process, that would be akin to opening the hen house door for the fox to come in invited, that is also dumb, it won't happen, if it ever did then that would just make a mockery of proliferation concerns those in the US are spruiking about.
