1. Shareholders and potential shareholders still being treated like mushrooms fungi. Not acceptable. If they didn't want to announced the info when the deal was struck, they could have provided the NextDC Canberra info in the shareholder update from 3 weeks ago. No way did a supply agreement take place after 30 April.

2. How much higher could the market cap/share price be had TZ raised capital at opportune times as opposed to the worst time possible? Somebody here made the point that TZ always seems to be looking down both barrels when a white knight/s crop up at the last possible minute to save the company. This has been going on for 3 years.


A positive on these secretive sales is that the supplier of the TZ Ready cabinets is gaining traction with sales - they are the same supplier for the Mac Tel cabinets. This means that TZ's cash position/forecast is nowhere near as negative as they are allowing the market to believe.
