Just Newscorp, but it makes complete sense. Why would one purchase APDC when NXT has a blocking stake. Whoever acquires 360's near 70% stake would need to convince NXT to sell their 30% or buy out NXT as a whole. So in order for APDC to sell, NXT needs to be bought.

NXT'S stoush with 360 and 360's sales process is speeding up a takeover of NXT and is actually a good thing for NXT stakeholders.

Tony Pitt was after a quick buck and didn't expect to be left with ADPC shares. NXT called his bluff and thus why 360 has begun the sales process so soon after acquisition of APDC shared. If Blackstone does indeed buyout NXT i suspect SP would be at least $8.50 and as high as $10.

Based on full utilisation of gen 2 data centers a share price of $16 is realistic and it likely to take 3-5 years to achieve full utilistion. Whoever buys out NXT will still make a pretty penny in 3 years time.
