    Have to disagree with you on a couple of points. Firstly, the purchaser of ajd do not have to convince NXT of anything. The price the purchaser is prepared to pay will be offered to NXT. If NXT don't want to pay the offered price, than the original purchaser can buy the properties. NXT will then receive their % in cash. Secondly, I don't see NXT being able to fitout and sell remaining space in 3 to 5 years. I think I recall Morgans saying 7 years was realistic and fairly bullish. Either way, as I have stated several times in previou posts, I thought a takeover would evantuate late this year after s2 was completed. As a lth from 2013 I was hoping to ride NXT for the next 5 years or so where we could potentially see a sp in the $15 range. Anyhow, if a takeover comes along at around the $9 to $10 range, I think I would be pretty happy. Gltah
