I don’t think it is that easy zsan. Because of the lag time in purchasing land, building approvals, base build, fitting out etc, management need to somewhat expertly predict where will fit the criteria for demand to warrant investment. If I remember correctly, Melbourne was booming several years ago. That warranted M2. However things turned to Sydney quickly and Sydney continues to boom. A report I recently read stated Melbourne will once again require substantial demand so I’m satisfied with it atm. This in turn warranted M3. I am hoping overall sales will pick up. In my experience, if you are the best at what you do and are priced accordingly, you will succeed. This is why I continue to invest with this company. Gltah and let the next few years be prosperous
