Been busy today and just digesting the acquisition but looks a logical move, and despite being very top heavy in VOC intend to take up the rights issue. Will be interested with the Nexgen acquisition whether a lid is kept on the FY dividend or the substantial rise in 4th QR EBITDA will equate to a substantial uplift in FY dividend.
VOC and TPM now have some real firepower in the Telco space with TLS facing some serious competition. Suspect VOC will look for some small bolt on or two to expand their reach in the mobile market and believe NZ's 2degrees mobile is on the radar.
