Racer28 correct, but if for any reason this is not achieved then after 6 months from signature the current Binding Agreement will terminate, therefore back to square one, most likely this will not happen and the SHA will eventuate in a timely manner.
Could FMG cut the grass under PRL in 6 months? So many possibilities, therefore for now lets stick to what is in front of us shareholders.
