    We paid Mithra US 8.75 M cash and 4.9 % share holding . The total consideration being US 295 M for a 20 year lease . Have no idea who pays what in regards cost to launch E4 ? hopefully we don't have to include that too in the total cost . Hopefully it pays off for us it'll hurt us badly if it doesn't . Good thing we have 2 new experienced board members residing in the US with impressive qualifications in the Pharma industry . Here's hoping product takes off .
