I just read on a news article:
*"Nexus, which had gone on a trading halt on Monday, requested the suspension until March 18, subject to the completion of transactions."
On Wednesday, when Nexus formalises a deal and issues a statement to the ASX we should find out if ROC's 44 366 545 NXS shares (6.87%) have significantly increased in value or not. If NXS does significantly rise, then this will have an immediate effect on ROC's balance sheet and ROC share price will appreciate accordingly.
