Unfortunately, as I wrote in a previous post of mine, Judges can only look as far as what the case entails and at what has been put in front of them.
In this instance and IMO, the case revolved at what the Administrator has put in front of him and not at what the Directors of NXS did or did not do at the time to cause what happened to NXS.
Besides, and in closing, is there the possibility of a Class Action in regards to NXS Directors still considered.???

Finally, don't forget the Karma, as it is always around the corner and show it's ugly head every now and then. One has only to have a look at what happened to the DTE Board not so very long ago to see what I mean.
