Most of the debt is owed is the subordinated note holders - banks are well up the food chain and their primary security is longtom , which will generate the cash once it is up & running. Their security also includes the cashflow from Longtom - you can be sure of that.
Provided Longtom keeps progressing & their any no nasty suprises , they will sit back - better to have NXS develop the asset than a banker !
As far as the suspension goes , it is what it is - nothing to do but wait.
