They should have considered a placement with SPP. If others with lessor quality assets can do it then so should they. Honestly how long does it take to piece together a funding deal unless this is complete smokescreen.

Longer term I have/had faith in the ability in management of complex projects but constant ext. to a date is very determental to our perception of their ability to manage. ( eg Project manager indicating a date for completion and constantly changing it on the date it is missed - Id sack my PM's if they missed it 3 times with no good explanation). And so far I've seen nothing adequate.
