Autosime, pls offer your valuation of NXS assets as you dispute mine. Last year 25% of Crux was worth $225M, yet it was closer to oil highs... Oil is now mid priced at $70-80... So I am very open to hear what others think this asset is worth now.

AS A DEAL IS GOING TO BE DONE- sooner or later- IMO. Hopefully sooner, as they cannot proceed in a timely manner otherwise.

If it was not for the Crux asset i would not be in the stock, so if you feel it is near worthless pls give guidance. Then I can reconsider the investment by researching any facts you give.

I give hearsay guessimations, as I have nothing solid to work with. Crux will be no fire sale, it will happen. So we wait 6 months for a 3 bagger- beautiful i will take that... As you stated.

Now if someone was to tell me they believed no deal on Crux will be done till 2015 and told me why. Then I found it to be based on fact- then I am out. As there are better opportunities around than thinking I need to wait 5 years to get a good ROI.

How you cannot factor in Crux is beyond me. Yet I was 'wishing' my valuation would be pulled to pieces. As then that gives me another perspective. I not trying to talk anyone into a purchase, yet evaluate the value for myself.
